HELEN CHESTER

Director and Senior Consultant

SkyBlu Solutions was founded by Helen in 2012 with the promise that our team would deliver clear thinking consultancy solutions across the public and charitable sectors.

​

Helen began her career as a teacher before moving in to headship and successfully leading a school from inadequate to good.  She then moved to the charitable sector and was instrumental in the inception and development of Children's Centres.  She has worked within Local Authorities, NHS trust and has been the CEO of a number of charities.  She has significant experience in working in local authority SEND and inclusion services, as well as wider project and programme management, tenders, commissioning and funding.

Helen's passion lies in working with people to transform, redesign and develop services which are value for money, but most importantly that reflect the needs of organisations and the people and communities they serve.
